Act’s advertised may be subject to change without prior notice

Standard Tickets, we undertake to provide in excess of 300 seats, on a first come first served basis, but buying the standard ticket does not automatically entitle access to a seat. Disabled, elderly or infirm will be given priority to seats.

The Venue operates an Over 18’s policy, and ‘proof of age’ ID will be required for those fortunate enough to look under 21.

Bookings, once made may not be exchanged nor money refunded.

All customers are expected to treat the venue, staff and acts with due respect and good manners. The Comedians do expect a bit of heckling, but customers that are believed to be causing a continual annoyance to the acts or other customers, will be asked to stop their behaviour, and if they continue, they will be asked to leave for the sake of the show and customers overall enjoyment of the evening. If you are asked to leave the building, money WILL NOT BE REFUNDED!

This venue operates strobe lighting, during the course of the night.

Dress code, smart casual, but subject to the venues rules and regulations.

The management reserve the right to refuse admission. Customers who arrive already intoxicated will be refused entry without a refund.

Security searches may be carried out upon arrival, any customer found attempting to bring Alcohol or Prohibited Drugs onto the premises will be refused entry without a refund, and may be subject to Police detention.

Credit Card bookings, credit/debit cards will be charged £1.00 per booking, which will be added to the amount taken from the card. Tickets purchased using this method will not be posted out, but can be collected either on the night or in advance by phoning 01622 687371.

Frankie and Benny's offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer and can only be redeemed at Frankie and Benny's, Eureka Park.
